Wave Now Speaks Español
Your technicians shouldn't have to translate their notes. Wave now fully understands Spanish inputs. Type (or speak!) "La cocina tiene daños en el piso" and Wave understands it's the Kitchen with flooring damage. The best part? Wave automatically translates everything into a professional, English estimate for the adjuster.
Smart Photo Management (Auto-Naming)
Stop renaming 50 photos manually. When you download photos from Wave, we now automatically rename them based on the Room Name + Date/Time. Instead of IMG_9921.jpg, you get Kitchen_2026-02-15_1430.jpg. Adjusters love organized photos, and now you don't have to do the work.
Edit Like a Pro
We know Xactimate muscle memory is hard to break. You can now double-click any line item description, price, or quantity to edit it instantly. No more digging through menus; just click and type.
Other Improvements
We improved Cat 3 Logic - Line items that were missing were added, and some line items that were “detach” were changed to “tear out”. More line items being added regularly.
Mobile - You can now add notes and modify line items directly from your phone.
Drag & Drop Improvements - Improved functionality. Changes show up in pdf export. Drag and Drop on mobile coming soon too.
Added Commercial Rooms - We added support for more rooms at commercial jobs. If for some reason we missed some, please let us know. We also added Crawlspace logic.

AI Line Item Notes
Tired of typing the same F9 notes? Wave will soon auto-generate AI-powered line item notes for you. This includes equipment, so instead of a single total, you’ll see exactly “4 fans × 3 days” so your estimate is crystal clear.
Inline Math
Soon you’ll be able to type equations and measurements directly into the quantity field (like “12*8”) and Wave will do the math for you instantly.
